Big Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence

As part of the digitization support project, in order to improve operational efficiency and the quality of the services offered, Reklame S.r.l. has implemented:

• artificial intelligence-based services, for the automation of some business processes and the implementation of a decision support system
• services that exploit cloud computing technologies, to increase efficiency in the use of infrastructure resources and to contain operational costs
• big data and analytics services, in order to extract knowledge and optimize business processes based on collected data
• cybersecurity services, to increase the security of your software solution and its cloud infrastructure, to ensure that its users use a safe, reliable and compliant system.

Reklame’s services were managed through an enterprise software platform owned by Reklame S.r.l. called “SendGoon”, a solution specialized in the management of business processes related to email marketing campaigns.

This project has implemented this software platform, from data management to process automation, from cyber security to accessibility of digital services based on efficient technologies such as cloud computing.

All this has led the SendGoon platform towards a more efficient, transparent and secure digital future.
